For the ladies who find it hard to get into a gym whether it be a busy season or you'r like me in the winter who likes to stay home as much as possible, this is for you! Complete with upper/lower body days, recovery and cardio, this program is beginner enough where you can learn and build a good base, and challenging enough that even experiences lifters will still develop strength in the 6 weeks. Equipment suggested: -Yoga mat - Light and medium dumbbells
