Welcome to Summer Strong! This 4 week program is designed to get you in and out of the gym or home in 35 minutes or less so you can enjoy your summer while still working towards your health and fitness goals. There are 4 workouts per week, 2 strength, 1 pilates style class and 1 HIIT cardio day. Can't wait to see how you grow :)
